Business Wire Promotes Four to Strengthen United States and European Sales Teams
Today Business Wire announced four key promotions within their US and
European sales divisions, including Kim Deonanan, Business Wire's new
Regional Vice President, Northern and Central Europe, Meghann Johnson,
Regional Manager, Chicago, Garrett Henricksen, Senior Account Executive,
Los Angeles and Gioia Ziegler, Manager, Sales Administration.

These promotions reflect Business Wire's commitment to pursue greater

The four promoted include:
Kim Deonanan - Promoted to Regional Vice President, Northern and
Central Europe. A 13-year veteran, Kim joined Business Wire as an
Account Executive, quickly rising through the ranks as a Regional
Manager and Director. With a background in media, finance, and sales,
Kim joined Business Wire's London office in 2002 and was named Regional
Manager for Northern Europe in 2011.
Meghann Johnson - Promoted to Regional Manager, Meghann first
joined Business Wire as a client services representative and later
account executive. After three years at Edelman (News - Alert) Public Relations, as a
member of the firm's Corporate Affairs practice, Meghann rejoined
Business Wire's Chicago office in 2013 as regional sales manager leading
Chicago's sales efforts. Meghann is a summa cum laude graduate from the
University of Pittsburgh.
Garrett Henricksen - Promoted to Senior Account Executive,
Garrett is a five year veteran of Business Wire Los Angeles with a well
proven track record for overcoming challenges to deliver results. Prior
to working at Business Wire for six years, Garrett was an Account
Executive for AEG and the Los Angeles Kings. Active in local community
organizations, Garrett currently sits on the board of the NIRI LA
chapter.
Gioia Ziegler - Promoted to a new role within the organization,
Manager, Sales Administration combining her deep knowledge of sales
processes and technology to increase overall revenues and client
communications, globally. Gioia joined Business Wire in 2002 as a member
of the Silicon Valley client services team.
