j2 Global®'s Excel Micro Email Business Acquires Assets of Nuvotera

j2 Global, Inc. (NASDAQGS:JCOM), the global provider of Internet services, today announced that its Excel Micro® business has acquired the assets of Nuvotera (formerly known as Spam Soap), a California-based supplier of email security services.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed and the financial impact to j2 is not expected to be material.
