Access Service with SmartTouch®'s CRM/Marketing Automation platform,
SmartTouch® NexGen.
NterNow allows homebuyers driving by locked spec homes the freedom to
securely enter a home independently, without a Realtor or Sales
Associate. This means they can conveniently tour before or after work,
quickly on a lunch break, or over the weekend and not have to worry if a
sales center is open or have to fit into a showing agent's schedule.

Realtors can also take advantage of on-demand access to homes for their
