A: There are three methods in which you can receive stories: either via email through Word documents, through the creation of an RSS feed or through the development of a news page with your domain. If you elect to receive stories via Word, you can post at your discretion. If you want to implement a feed with us or contract for us to develop a news page, our team will handle real-time posting and maintenance of your content subpage.


Q: Do I get to approve all my Content Boost content assets?

A: Yes, you can request to see all stories before they are posted to your various outlets. Our clients can approve all company-specific stories and request edits in the process. When it comes to industry-specific stories, editing is at the discretion of the client.


Q: Where does the work you create for me live?

A: Where your content lives is up to you. Many clients opt for their custom copy to live on their blogs, newsfeeds, social media accounts and websites while others use the copy for print assets like flyers, brochures and pamphlets. Our team will work collaboratively with yours to identify where the content should live and when it should be posted. At the end of the day, you own all the assets we create—meaning you can circulate them in any way you see fit.


Q: Can I re-purpose my content across other platforms?

A: Absolutely... and we encourage it! Whether you want to use your custom-created blogs for your next enewsletter or get your white paper published on a third-party site, you retain the rights to use the content as you see fit.
