Rich Tehrani, son of Nadji Tehrani, has been involved with the company from its earliest stages. Rich was instrumental in launching the Communications Solutions and INTERNET TELEPHONY brands, launching TMC into fast-growing communications and technology markets in the 1990s. Rich served in many capacities at the company, including six years as MIS Director and five years as Publisher of Communications Solutions, before becoming President in 1999, Group Editor-in-Chief in 2000, and CEO in 2009. Dave has been a tremendous contributor to TMC since joining the company in 2003, improving both top line and bottom line growth as VP of publications and conferences. As President, Dave develops high-level strategy and identifies new areas of opportunity for TMC, while ensuring effective execution. In addition, he focuses on partnerships which will allow new partners to leverage the tremendous community-building infrastructure TMC has developed over the past decades.
Under his direction, TMC publications, online media vehicles, and events have earned market-leading positions by constantly growing revenue and market share. Prior to his tenure with TMC, David was employed by Penton Media where he held the positions of Global Event Sales Manager for the Wireless events group and National Sales Manager for the ISPworld website. David received a BA from the University of Connecticut.
Executive VP of Operations
Since 2001 when named VP of Marketing for TMC, Michael has been focused on successful, cost-effective execution of TMC's marketing programs and events. In addition, he was extremely helpful in managing TMC operations during both good and difficult economic times. As Executive VP of Operations, he continues to oversee TMC's marketing efforts, while also managing the successful execution of TMC's print, online, and trade show initiatives - both on behalf of TMC and of its clients. Michael works closely with all departments to maximize ROI as TMC continues to grow. A 15-year publishing and tradeshow management veteran, Michael is also instrumental in the planning and execution of TMC's industry-leading events. Michael received a BA in Communications from Iona College.
Director of Content Marketing
As Director of Content Marketing for Content Boost, Carrie Majewski is responsible for managing an award-winning content marketing division that equips clients with the words and integrated marketing strategy to drive profit, bolster brand awareness and fuel website traffic. In addition to overseeing the editorial team, Carrie works intimately with clients on content marketing, lead generation, SEO and branding strategies.
While at the helm of Content Boost, Carrie has grown the division to become a Better Business Bureau (BBB) certified company and ranked Top Content Marketing Company according to Clutch Research. She has worked with a variety of high-profile clients on branding and copy creation from Sprint to Panasonic to AT&T. Her accomplishments include increasing over a dozen companies' Google and Bing rankings by more than 150 percent, tripling the monthly page views for several clients' sites. She has received an Honorable Mention for Best Blog Entry from the Content Marketing Institute; the 2012 Go Green Advertising's Gold Award for Social Media Campaign and the 2012 Go Green Advertising's Gold Award for Marketing Program Booklet; and first place for Educational Reporting in the National New England Newspaper & Press Association (NENPA) competition in 2011.
Carrie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in magazine journalism and English. She has a minor in sociology. She most recently completed her Social Media Marketing professional degree from Purchase College.
