Rich Tehrani
CEO and Group Editor-in-Chief

Rich Tehrani, son of Nadji Tehrani, has been involved with the company from its earliest stages. Rich was instrumental in launching the Communications Solutions and INTERNET TELEPHONY brands, launching TMC into fast-growing communications and technology markets in the 1990s. Rich served in many capacities at the company, including six years as MIS Director and five years as Publisher of Communications Solutions, before becoming President in 1999, Group Editor-in-Chief in 2000, and CEO in 2009. Rich received his B.S. in Computer Hardware Engineering from University of Connecticut in 1989. For his full bio, please visit

Dave Rodriguez

Dave has been a tremendous contributor to TMC since joining the company in 2003, improving both top line and bottom line growth as VP of publications and conferences. As President, Dave develops high-level strategy and identifies new areas of opportunity for TMC, while ensuring effective execution. In addition, he focuses on partnerships which will allow new partners to leverage the tremendous community-building infrastructure TMC has developed over the past decades.

Under his direction, TMC publications, online media vehicles, and events have earned market-leading positions by constantly growing revenue and market share. Prior to his tenure with TMC, David was employed by Penton Media where he held the positions of Global Event Sales Manager for the Wireless events group and National Sales Manager for the ISPworld website. David received a BA from the University of Connecticut.

Michael Genaro
Executive VP of Operations

Since 2001 when named VP of Marketing for TMC, Michael has been focused on successful, cost-effective execution of TMC's marketing programs and events. In addition, he was extremely helpful in managing TMC operations during both good and difficult economic times. As Executive VP of Operations, he continues to oversee TMC's marketing efforts, while also managing the successful execution of TMC's print, online, and trade show initiatives - both on behalf of TMC and of its clients. Michael works closely with all departments to maximize ROI as TMC continues to grow. A 15-year publishing and tradeshow management veteran, Michael is also instrumental in the planning and execution of TMC's industry-leading events. Michael received a BA in Communications from Iona College.

Managing Editor

As with her writing and editing, Peg brings her finely honed attention to detail and her adherence to high-quality standards to bear in her role as managing editor of Content Boost. As team leader, she encourages her staff to strive for excellence in the copy they craft and in the relationships they forge with clients, striving for an optimal customer experience. She caught the marketing bug after seven years as an editor and supervisor at Gartner Inc., the world's leading IT research and advisory company, and was drawn to the spirit and talent exhibited at Content Boost. Tracing back to her early days working local beats as a journalist, Peg consistently digs deep for insights that bring value to her writing. Outside the office, Peg loves to read when she's not trying to keep up with her cycling buddies or the weeds in her garden. She can be found enjoying the local scene in her hometown of Fairfield, Connecticut.
