Netsocket Enters Strategic Partnership with Solution Provider Chuanhow Tech

Netsocket, a technology leader in virtualized, software-defined networking, today announced a distributor agreement with Chuanhow Tech. Chuanhow's close cooperation with the vendor and reseller community provides a new generation of product technology for their customers in Asia. The partnership will allow Chuanhow Tech to bring to market Netsocket's Virtual Edge solution for the Greater China region. Virtual Edge is a cloud-managed virtual network specifically optimized for small to medium-sized (SMB) businesses and enterprise remote office networks. The solution provides Chuanhow's channel of VARs with a solution offering the full benefits of virtualized networking at the edge with a cost-effective, complete end-to-end cloud-managed virtual network.

With Netsocket's Virtual Edge solution, Chuanhow's resellers can now offer their SMB customers the same large enterprise-capable routing functions and other IT services without the need for labor intensive certified engineers and costly truck-rolls associated with conventional network deployments. Once the Virtual Edge MicroCloud, a small form factor x86 server which host the solution's software, is installed at a customer site for managed routing services, the VAR can simply deploy additional value-added virtualized IT services (called vApps) on the same platform to enhance their value to customers for years to come.
