eCareer Will Host Monthly Shareholder Call

BOCA RATON, Fla. --(Business Wire)--

According to a recent story released by SF Gate, Zappos.com the giant online retailer will no longer place any of their jobs on external job boards or its own website. Instead they will use online talent communities to find candidates. Zappos will use a cloud platform to leverage social technologies and reach passive candidates through a social network. The article quoted Kris Stadelman, director of the Nova Workforce Investment Board in Sunnyvale, California, "It's an acknowledgment that in today's market, the job board is just not useful anymore," says Kris Stadelman. "It's generally speaking, a black hole that creates a 'negative relationship' with companies." (For the full article see the link supplied below).

Our concept a eCareer Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: ECHI) is based on developing specialized career "Talent Communities" that focus heavily on delivering a vast amount of career content to a specific professional. These platforms will create large online communities of career specific professionals for organizations to market their employment opportunities to as well as recruiters, and staffing professionals to find talent for their clients. As our talent communities grow, we will generate revenue by selling advertising to hiring entities as well as organizations that sell goods and services to a specific profession.

eCareer is pleased to announce that beginning August 2014 we will hold a regular monthly shareholder conference call. On August 12th at 4pm, we will hold our first regular monthly call and then every second Tuesday of the month thereafter. This will enable us to communicate effectively to our shareholders on a regular basis. Sign up information will be distributed to all shareholders and posted on the eCareer website prior to the August 12th call.
