Emma Grants Free-for-Life Email Marketing Services to 25 Deserving Nonprofits
Emma, a provider of best-in-class
email marketing software coupled with smart, strategic services,
today announces its new Emma 25 recipients, which were
carefully selected by Emma staff members. Emma
25 is a yearly program that grants select nonprofits Emma email
marketing services for a lifetime. This year's recipients include
Children's Healing Art Project in Portland, Oregon, Amputee Blade
Runners in Nashville, Tennessee, and Freedom Home in Chisinau, Moldova.
A complete list of Emma 25 honorees can be found at
myemma.com/emma25/honorees.
Over the past 11 years of the Emma 25 program, Emma has awarded over 400
free accounts to small nonprofits all over the world. The free service
allows these organizations to leverage the power of email marketing and
engage their online audience with fundraising appeals, volunteer
opportunities, and their unique stories.
"It's a real gift to be able to call a nonprofit with limited resources
and offer a free-for-life Emma account plus our strategic help with
their marketing efforts," said Katie Lewis, client success specialist
and coordinator of the Emma 25 program. "The small organizations we
selected are alreay making a big impact in their communities, and
they're all so excited to use Emma to reach more people in smart ways."
"Having access to the amazing service that Emma provides, free of
charge, will allow us to redirect resources that we've been spending on
basic systems to make our communications more robust, growing the reach
and impact of our programs," said Rachel Jendrzejewski, development &
communications associate at Upstream Arts in Los Angeles, California.
"We couldn't be more thrilled and grateful."
Emma 25 honorees receive free Emma services for a lifetime, including: a
full-featured Emma account, unlimited emails to up to 5,000 contacts per
month, email automation and tools to create and promote email signup
forms on their website, social networks and at events. In addition, Emma
25 recipients get unlimited support, account help and special classes to
master the fundamentals of email marketing.
"Nearly all of our donations go to our mission, which means we have very
few resources to help grow our project," said Tayler Mariner, founder of
Nature via Nurture in Palm Beach, Florida. "Being a recipient of the
Emma 25 program enables us to increase our exposure, which in turn helps
us increase our outreach, all while keeping the vast majority of our
funds directed to the children we serve."
Nonprofits that are or have applied to be a 501(c)(3) and have 10 or
fewer full-time employees are eligible to apply for Emma 25 in the
future. Emma will begin accepting applications for next year's Emma 25
program in November.
