TORONTO, March 25, 2015 /CNW/ - Mediaplanet announces the distribution of its fifth cross-platform edition of "Mental Health", raising awareness about mental health issues in Canada and exploring new advancements in the areas of child and youth mental health, workplace mental health, major mood disorders and substance abuse problems.

The print component of "Mental Health" was distributed within the March 25th edition of The National Post, with a circulation of approximately 160,000 copies and an estimated readership of 420,000. The digital component is distributed nationally through a vast social media strategy and across a network of top news sites and partner outlets. Robb Nash, founder of the Robb Nash Project is the feature cover story; highlighting Robb's struggles with mental health and how he uses his musical talents to connect with children and youth who struggle with similar mental health issues. The campaign also features exclusive interviews with General Romeo Dallaire, peacekeeper during the Rwandan Genocide and PTSD awareness advocate, and Greg Stiemsma, Toronto Raptors Center who shares his battle with depression.
