2016 marks the fifth consecutive year AWeber has been recognized as one of the best places to work in the state. This year also marks the company's third time being named among the top 20 workplaces. AWeber's CEO, Tom Kulzer, accepted the honor on behalf of the company's 100-member team--of which 20 team members attended the event with him.

"Just being recognized in the top 100 is amazing, but to rank as one of the top 20 is a whole other level," says Kulzer. To qualify for the award, AWeber entered a two-part ealuation process required by the Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal. The process involves an intense look at AWeber's internal policies, practices, and demographics followed by an employee survey to understand how actual team members perceive the organization. In September, AWeber was notified that, from these assessments, they were selected and would be recognized as one of PA's best places to work.
