Yext, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK, March 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Yext, Inc., a leading platform for managing digital knowledge, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to the proposed initial public offering (IPO) of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. In connection with the proposed IPO, Yext has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "YEXT."

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are acting as the joint bookrunners for the proposed offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Piper Jaffray are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
