NAM Expands Its Executive Team and Adds Senior Leadership to Its Marketing Ranks

Both join the company as NAM is experiencing record pace growth for its
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services nationwide. Mr. Borstein
is the new Chief Revenue Officer and is charged with developing,
implementing and overseeing the strategic revenue goals for the company.
Ms. Diolosa has been hired as the new Vice President of Marketing and
will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of
communications, marketing and business development strategies designed
to reinforce the value of the company's dispute resolution services.
Together, Mr. Borstein and Ms. Diolosa will coordinate NAM's sales and
marketing efforts to elevate the firm's footprint in the ADR market as
well as accelerate growth and drive brand awareness.

Prior to joining NAM, Mr. Borstein served as Global Director at Pangea3,
where he managed a global team dedicated to counseling law firms and
corporate clients on integrating and leveraging Pangea3's legal
outsourcing solutions. Joe worked with AM Law 200 law firms and Fortune
1000 companies to effectively and efficiently manage the high-volume,
repeatable legal tasks associated with complex litigation, M&A, contract
management and global risk management/compliance. Before his tenure at
Pangea3, Mr. Borstein practiced for six years as a litigation associate
at Kasowitz, Benson & Torres LLP and received his Juris Doctor from Penn
Law at the University of Pennsylvania.
With more than 15 years of B2B marketing experience, Ms. Diolosa
recently served as the Senior Manager of Marketing & Business
Development at BDO USA, LLP where she worked with the firm's Advisory
Group and its leadership to develop and implement transformational
marketing strategies, processes and best practices to accelerate market
awareness and client engagement. Her expertise also includes managing
integrated marketing programs, go-to-market strategies, digital and
print communications, content development and cohesive and effective
event strategies.
